We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns must be requested within 30 days of your order date and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your product you can return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

After processing your return request WINDOWamour will provide you a return shipping label via email. Return labels are good for 10 days and must be shipped and scanned by the carrier in this time window. Once your return is received and inspected it will be processed for refund in the form of original payment.
